Demofiends’ Dirty Little Secret

Okay, so it’s no secret that the Demofiends hate the exercise of American power, if not America itself.  But that’s not their latest little dirty secret.

This secret is masked by the ruling party’s need to fake nobility and adherence to higher causes and values, into which it appears a lot of the public is buying, sadly.  Thus the recent ruckus and opposition to the Bushian “surge” idea to reinforce troops in and around Baghdad–play your trump card, the war.

What, however, have these same Demofiends been saying for the past four years?

The mantra of the then-minority party for nigh on to four years was that Bush had too few troops in Iraq and was thus doomed to failure.  Now that he’s decided to beef up operations and try to pacify the country in the name of democracy, the Demofiends’ greatest fear is that he might succeed. Sacre bleu!

You got it–they don’t want the only issue that could ever possibly get them elected as majority party to fade away until they can capture and pollute the White House.

All I can say is let’s hope Bush succeeds.  If he fails, the stench coming out of Washington, D.C., starting in January 2009 will be unbearable.  Just in case, hide your wallets now.
